As a Level 3 qualified personal trainer registered with REPs and CIMSPA you can be confident that you are in good hands. Together we will talk about your goals, your needs, your likes, your dislikes, your lifestyle and many more things. A healthy diet and a constructive relationship with food is incredibly important for our wellbeing and together with your training program we can together figure out how to best fuel your body and your mind. It is very common to overcomplicate nutrition which often puts us in an unsustainable position and trying to modify our diet becomes a very negative experience. In reality we should look at your life, what do you like? What do you dislike? What do you need? Together we can understand where you are and where you want to get to and then make small changes to move you towards a healthier life. Ice cream, wine and chocolate? Yes, everything goes!
