Health is Long Term Habits

Long term health isn't about an expensive gym membership that you hardly use, it isn't fresh vegetables that remains uneaten and it isn't about crash diets and the latest fad.

The key to long term health is habits that you can manage. These habits doesn't have to be perfect, as long as you can be consistent.

Together we can work out which habits will work for you and together take the first few steps towards long term health.

Exactly what I needed after baby!

"I can’t recommend Christina enough. Getting back into workouts after having a baby felt daunting, but she made the whole process feel safe and doable. She puts so much thought into designing each session and is always flexible in helping it work around life as a new mom. I’ve been training with her for almost two years now and genuinely look forward to every session. She’s helped me rebuild my confidence and I feel stronger than ever."

Excellent all around

"Christina is great, friendly, approachable and professional. She explains and demonstrates everything thoroughly. It's lovely to have a private studio to try things out in peace and to feel comfortable with asking questions and getting used to the equipment.

Definitely recommend!"

Christina is simply amazing!

"I recently started personal training with Christina, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Before working with her, I was never someone who enjoyed or even really understood how to exercise, but Christina has completely changed that for me. From day one, she has been incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging.

She has such a positive attitude and is always keen to help me build my confidence—whether it’s using equipment or trying new exercises. I already feel so much more comfortable in the gym/studio, which is something I never thought I’d say! Christina is also wonderfully flexible and truly listens to what I need, tailoring each session to help me work towards my health goals in a way that feels achievable and motivating.

I am so grateful to have found her. Thanks to Christina’s guidance and support, I feel confident that I’ll reach my fitness goals and, more importantly, enjoy the process along the way. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!"

Safe, body positive, generous trainer

"Working with Christina has made my life better, its that simple. She has given me knowledge about strength training and building a routine that made me feel like the gym was an accessible place for the first time.

She has generously provided routines to take away into the rest of my pregnancy and beyond and has helped me understand my hypermobility in relation to pregnancy and training.

She has an amazing approach to body size, food and weight loss which means I would confidently recommend her to anyone who has had a difficult relationship to their body and food.

She is a safe place in a sometimes scary world of fitness and the benefits for my mental health have been as great as the physical benefits. As a bonus she is incredibly knowledgeable about ADHD. I'm incredibly grateful to have been able to work with her."

Private Ante- and Postnatal Training

One of the best ways to support your physical and mental health during pregnancy is to engage in regular exercise, as recommended by NHS.

DURING PREGNANCY: With all the changes the body goes through during pregnancy it can be hard to keep up and it can also be hard to know what is safe during and after your pregnancy. A qualified ante- and postnatal trainer will keep up to date with the latest advice from Public Health England and Royal College of Obstetrics and Gyneacology, help guide you through the various phases of pregnancy and make sure that you get the most out of each session.

POST PARTUM: Post birth, it can be tricky to find the space and logistics to facilitate regular training, this is where a private studio equipped with baby equipment such as bouncers, toys and changing mats makes a massive difference. If you need to stop for a quick feed, you are in a comfortable and quiet space to do so.

Older children can spend time drawing, playing with age appropriate toys and even enjoy a snack!
